Since becoming an attorney in 2011, he has handled M&amp;A, strategic alliances, corporate, and securities matters. In addition to working at a law firm, he was seconded to a major Japanese securities company and, most recently, he worked in the business development team of a Tokyo-based global consumer products company, where he handled cross-border M&amp;A and new investments.
