Daisuke Eguchi has joined southgate. Daisuke began his career in 2017 at a major Japanese law firm, where he engaged in domestic and cross-border M&A, defense against hostile takeovers and shareholder activism, corporate governance, securities regulations, and other general corporate legal matters. He has also been seconded both to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and to the Cabinet Secretariat.
