Keiko Fuse

Keiko Fuse focuses on domestic and cross-border investments, M&A, and general corporate law.

Keiko began her career at a major railway company, where she gained experience in frontline operations and subsequently handled litigation and recruitment matters in the human resources department. She later pursued a career as a lawyer and consultant.

Before joining the firm, Keiko practiced at two Japanese law firms, advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, investments, employment and labor matters, and general corporate matters. She also worked at a Japanese consulting firm, where she provided financial advisory services in connection with business turnarounds and restructurings.

Leveraging her firsthand experience in corporate operations and business execution, Keiko is dedicated to providing practical, integrated legal advice tailored to the commercial realities of each client’s business.
