Practice Experience
Haruya Suzuki practices in the areas of domestic and cross border M&A and start-up investments, general corporate matters, employment, insolvency, compliance matters, and dispute resolution. Haruya currently acts as a bankruptcy trustee at the Tokyo District Court. He is recognized in the category of Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Law (2026-27) of Best Lawyers awards for Japan.
Haruya was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2014 and was a partner at a domestic law firm before joining southgate.
