Haruya Suzuki

Haruya Suzuki practices in the areas of domestic and cross border M&A and start-up investments, general corporate matters, employment, insolvency, compliance matters, and dispute resolution. Haruya currently acts as a bankruptcy trustee at the Tokyo District Court. He is recognized in the category of Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Law in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers awards for Japan.

Haruya was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2014 and was a partner at a domestic law firm before joining southgate.
