Ping Hsu’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Ping began his career at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago, advising clients on M&A, public company advisory, and de-SPAC transactions. Before joining southgate, Ping also worked at Greenberg Traurig LLP in Singapore, where he represented Japanese, Singaporean, and Taiwanese companies in various corporate transactions.
