Tomohiro Oshige

Tomohiro Oshige focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, start-up investments, corporate law, securities regulations, and other general corporate matters.

After graduating from Keio University, Tomohiro worked for prominent Japanese and international companies, engaging in a wide variety of fields, including sales, overseas business, human resources, and legal affairs. He left the business world to become a lawyer upon entering the Supreme Court Judicial Training Institute in 2018.

Before joining us, Tomohiro practiced law at Socius Legal Services.
