Mangyo Kinoshita and Eric Marcks published an article entitled “Addressing the Risk of Post-closing Challenge by US Antitrust Authorities to ‘Cleared’ Deals” in the December issue of Mergers & Acquisitions Research Report on a recent antitrust suit filed by the US Department of Justice with respect to a deal that had closed after going through the merger notification process.
